REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

Individuals are invited to submit a proposal to be the Project Manager for the major clean-up work at the Rainmaker Hotel Property based on the Objective available at the Development Bank of American Samoa (DBAS).

DBAS intends to engage a qualified individual to represent DBAS and monitor the work of the contractor hired to perform the clean-up of the Rainmaker Hotel site advertised in a separate RFP.

All interested individuals may pick up a copy of the Objective at the DBAS office in Pago Pago during bank business hours:  9:00am – 3:00pm, M-F, or by emailing:  Iutita@dbas.org.

Offers are due by 2:00pm, Samoa Time, Friday May 29, 2009, at the DBAS office in Pago Pago.

The award of the Project Manager position will be made within five to seven working days thereafter.
