REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

Firms are invited to submit a proposal to perform major clean-up work at the Rainmaker Hotel Property based on the Objective available at the Development Bank of American Samoa (DBAS).

DBAS intends to mitigate existing health hazards at the site by engaging a qualified firm to thoroughly clean the interior and exterior of the buildings as well as the grounds.

All interested firms may pick up a copy of the Objective at the DBAS office in Pago Pago during bank business hours:  9:00am – 3:00pm, M-F, or by emailing:  Iutita@dbas.org.

Offers are due by 2:00pm, Samoa Time, Friday May 29, 2009, at the DBAS office in Pago Pago.

The award of the clean-up work will be made within five to seven working days thereafter.
