Direct Consumer Loan Program

The Direct Consumer Loan Program is administered by DBAS through its initial capital and income repayments generated from the existing loans.  This program aims to advance residential development in American Samoa by providing low interest loans for the construction of new single-family homes as well as renovation of existing homes.

Maximum Loan Amount:  $100,000.00

Interest Rate: 7.00% to 9.00% per annum

Term: Up to 30 years

Eligibility:  Open to all local residents
